Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób przetwarzania zmieszanych, niezidentyfikowanych i zabrudzonych odpadów polimerowych oraz układ przetwarzania zmieszanych, zabrudzonych, niezidentyfikowanych i zabrudzonych odpadów polimerowych. Układ przetwarzania zmieszanych, zabrudzonych, niezidentyfikowanych i zabrudzonych odpadów polimerowych zawiera dwa naprzemiennie pracujące reaktory termiczne (1), z których każdy jest wykonany z izolowanego zbiornika płaszczowego i wyposażony w mieszadło z napędem mechanicznym oraz kruszarkę (2) i młyn (3), które przeznaczone są do przygotowania składników mieszanki wsadowej o frakcji 30 - 40 mm, natomiast wyjście z linii do rozdrabniania tworzyw przebiega poprzez taśmociąg (4) i ma połączenie ze zbiornikiem zasypowym (5) umieszczonym nad reaktorem termicznym (1). W zbiorniku zasypowym (5) usytuowany jest tensometr (6), za pomocą którego kontroluje się przebieg wagowego-pojemnościowego porcjowania mieszanki wsadowej. Z reaktorem termicznym (1) połączone jest urządzenie z licznikiem (8), którym dozuje się zużyte oleje roślinne. Zbiornik zasypowy (5) wyposażony jest dodatkowo w lej zasypowy (7), którego zbiornik ma dwie ścianki pionowe.The subject of the application is a method of processing mixed, unidentified and dirty polymer waste and a system for processing mixed, dirty, unidentified and dirty polymer waste. The system for processing mixed, dirty, unidentified and contaminated polymer waste includes two alternately operating thermal reactors (1), each of which is made of an insulated jacketed tank and equipped with a mechanically driven mixer and a crusher (2) and mill (3), which are intended for are for preparing the ingredients of the batch mixture with a fraction of 30 - 40 mm, while the exit from the plastic shredding line runs through a conveyor belt (4) and is connected to the charging tank (5) located above the thermal reactor (1). There is a strain gauge (6) in the charging tank (5), which is used to control the weight-capacity portioning of the batch mixture. A device with a counter (8) is connected to the thermal reactor (1), which dispenses used vegetable oils. The charging tank (5) is additionally equipped with a charging hopper (7), the tank of which has two vertical walls.
