Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytów o osnowie ceramicznej wzmacnianych cząstkami metalicznymi charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje następujące etapy: a) rozpuszczalnik w ilości 2-15 części wag. miesza się z dwoma monomerami organicznymi w ilości 2-15 części wag. każdy oraz z fotoinicjatorem w ilości 1-5 części wag. w stosunku do sumy mas monomerów organicznych, przy czym fotoinicjator jest wybrany z grupy obejmującej: mieszaninę (2,4,6-trimetylobenzoilo)fenylofosfinianu etylu oraz tlenku bis-(2,4,6-trimetylobenzoilo)fenylofosfiny, tlenek bis-(2,4,6-trimetylobenzoilo)fenylofosfiny i (2,4,6-trimetylobenzoilo)fenylofosfinian etylu; b) następnie dodaje się związek upłynniający w ilości 0,2-5,0 części wag., proszek ceramiczny w ilości 65-90 części wag. oraz proszek metaliczny w ilości 0,1-10,0 części wag. i ponownie się miesza, przy czym związek upłynniający jest wybrany z grupy obejmującej: kopolimer poliestru i poliaminy w postaci 50% roztworu w mieszaninie azeotropowej trójchloroetylen-etanol, kopolimer poliestru i poliaminy w postaci 50% roztworu w 2-butanonie; c) powstałą dyspersję miesza się i odpowietrza; d) formuje się wyroby z użyciem drukarki stereolitograficznej 3D zgodnie z wcześniej przygotowanym projektem wyrobu; e) powstałe wyroby poddaje się spiekaniu.
