Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest płyta dekoracyjna o synchronicznym wzorze strukturalnym znajdujący zastosowanie między innymi jako panel dekoracyjny zwłaszcza jako panel podłogowy. Płyta dekoracyjna, zwłaszcza panel podłogowy o długości nie mniejszej niż 2110 mm ma postać wielowarstwowego, prostokątnego laminatu, który zawiera rdzeń z tworzywa sztucznego, w szczególności PVC, warstwę dekoracyjną oraz ochronną, ponadto płyta może zawierać warstwę ścieralną oraz warstwę tłumiącą. Przy czym zewnętrzna powierzchnia płyty dekoracyjnej posiada synchroniczną strukturę powierzchni, względem dekoracji warstwy dekoracyjną (2).
