Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ustnik do elastycznych opakowań z tworzyw sztucznych w postaci korpusu (1) o cylindrycznej, przelotowej budowie, który to korpus (1) w części górnej (2) posiada ukształtowany gwint (21), pod którym znajduje się uformowany zespół mocujący (22) nakrętkę, natomiast dolna część (3) korpusu (1) zawiera symetryczne i naprzeciwległe przedłużenia zewnętrznej ściany korpusu przechodzące w płaskie, boczne ścianki (31) ułożone poprzecznie do powierzchni korpusu (1), przy czym górna część (2) i dolna część (3) są oddzielone od siebie elementem oddzielającym (4) prostopadłym do osi cylindrycznego korpusu (1) charakteryzujący się tym, że na części dolnej (3) korpusu (1) znajduje się warstwa środka adhezyjnego (6) przy czym wysokość warstwy środka adhezyjnego jest w zakresie od 70 do 90% wysokości części dolnej (3) korpusu ustnika (1) a grubość warstwy środka adhezyjnego jest nie większa niż 0,5 mm.
