Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest system diagnozowania obturacyjnego bezdechu sennego, wyposażony w powiązane funkcjonalnie ze sobą urządzenia elektroniczne, oprogramowania oraz oprzyrządowania charakteryzujący się tym, że składa się z podłączanego do konkretnego pacjenta mobilnego aparatu rejestrującego (1) oraz z zainstalowanego w indywidualnym urządzeniu elektronicznym (2) oprogramowania instrukcyjno-transmisyjnego (3), a także dostępnej z poziomu elektronicznych urządzeń roboczych (4) platformy interpretacyjnej (5), gdzie w zamkniętym w obudowie (6) mobilnym aparacie rejestrującym (1) umiejscowiony jest połączony z kością pamięci (7) mikrokontroler podłączony do bloku pomiarowego (9), składającego się z przyrządów: pomiaru saturacji, pomiaru tętna, pomiaru przepływu powietrza, rejestrowania dźwięków chrapania, pomiaru ruchów klatki piersiowej, pomiaru ruchów brzucha oraz pomiaru ułożenia ciała, natomiast oprogramowanie instrukcyjno-transmisyjne (3) zawiera posiadający instrukcję użytkowania aparatu rejestrującego (1) moduł instrukcyjny (17) oraz odpowiadający za transmisję pomiarów (M) moduł transmisyjny (18), z kolei platforma interpretacyjna (5) zawiera odpowiadający za wyświetlanie pomiarów (M) moduł prezentujący (19), wspomagający analizę (A) oraz ocenę (E) pomiarów (M) moduł ewaluacyjny (20), tworzący z analizy (A) oraz oceny (E) raporty (R) moduł raportowania (21), a także pozwalający na organizację oraz planowanie badań konkretnego pacjenta moduł administracyjny (22). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób diagnozowania obturacyjnego bezdechu sennego.
