Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania p, p' - bisfenolu A w reakcji kondensacji fenolu z acetonem, prowadzonej dwustopniowo w sposób ciągły, bez zatrzymywania instalacji na wymianę katalizatora, w układzie reakcyjnym w którym, podobnie jak w sekcji izomeryzacji ługów pokrystalizacyjnych, pracują po co najmniej trzy reaktory, z których każde dwa zasilane są roztworem reakcyjnym, a w trzecim prowadzi się wymianę katalizatora. W wyniku dwustopniowej kondensacji uzyskuje się roztwór posyntezowy, który w określonych warunkach jest kolejno stabilizowany, zatężany po czym prowadzi się krystalizację i wydzielanie adduktu bisfenol A - fenol z którego dalej po rozkładzie termicznym i krystalizacji frakcjonowanej uzyskuje się p, p' - bisfenol o wysokiej czystości. Równolegle są regenerowane nieprzereagowane surowce fenol i aceton, a w sekcji izomeryzacji jest prowadzona izomeryzacja ługów pokrystalizacyjnych. Produkty uboczne są systematycznie usuwane z układu.
