Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do degradacji i usuwania związków organicznych z wody posiadające pompę wody, komorę reakcyjną, promienniki UV-C, zwężkę inżektorową i zbiornik utleniacza. Charakteryzuje się ono tym, że pompa (1) zanieczyszczonej wody podłączona jest do zwężki ze wzbudnikiem kawitacji (2), której wylot podłączony jest do komory reakcyjnej (3), której ściany wykonane są z materiału przepuszczającego promieniowanie UV-C. W komorze reakcyjnej (3) znajduje się druciana przestrzenna siatka (4) pokryta warstwą fotokatalityczną. Na zewnętrznej stronie komory reakcyjnej (3) zainstalowane są promienniki UV-C (5). Wylot komory reakcyjnej (3) podłączony jest do zwężki inżektorowej (6), która poprzez zawór (7) połączona jest ze zbiornikiem utleniacza (8). Wylot zwężki inżektorowej (6) podłączony jest do filtra (9) wody.The subject of the application is a device for degradation and removal of organic compounds from water, equipped with a water pump, a reaction chamber, UV-C lamps, an injector reducer and an oxidant tank. It is characterized in that the pump (1) of contaminated water is connected to an orifice with a cavitation inducer (2), the outlet of which is connected to the reaction chamber (3), whose walls are made of a material that transmits UV-C radiation. In the reaction chamber (3) there is a spatial wire mesh (4) covered with a photocatalytic layer. UV-C radiators (5) are installed on the outside of the reaction chamber (3). The outlet of the reaction chamber (3) is connected to the injector orifice (6), which is connected to the oxidizer tank (8) through a valve (7). The outlet of the injector orifice (6) is connected to the water filter (9).
