Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest złącze hydrauliczne, stosowane zwłaszcza do mocowania sztywnych przewodów hydraulicznych, w szczególności przewodów o małej długości. Złącze hydrauliczne posiada króciec (1) kulisty, kołnierz (2) z elementami (3) mocującymi oraz uszczelnienie (4). Kołnierz (2) jest kołnierzem dwuczęściowym i stanowi go element (5) zewnętrzny i element (6) wewnętrzny. Pomiędzy króćcem (1) kulistym, a wewnętrzną powierzchnią elementu (6) wewnętrznego kołnierza (2) znajduje się uszczelnienie (4a) króćcowe. Uszczelnienie (4a) króćcowe ma formę uszczelki Oring, lecz przewiduje się inny rodzaj uszczelnienia np. pasta uszczelniająca. Uszczelnienie (4a) króćcowe jest posadowione w rowku (7a). Otwory pod elementy (3) mocujące mają większą średnicę niż średnica elementów (3) mocujących. Element (6) wewnętrzny i element (5) zewnętrzny są ze sobą połączone rozłącznie za pomocą elementów (9) łącznikowych. Na czołowej powierzchni elementu (6) wewnętrznego kołnierza (2) znajduje się uszczelnienie (4b) kołnierzowe. Uszczelnienie (4b) kołnierzowe jest posadowione w rowku (7b). Złącze hydrauliczne jest stosowane zwłaszcza do mocowania sztywnych przewodów hydraulicznych, w szczególności przewodów o małej długości.
