Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób modyfikacji właściwości biologicznych roślin żyworódki, zwłaszcza obniżania wytrzymałości mechanicznej liści żyworódki przy jednoczesnym zwiększeniu zawartości składników bioaktywnych jak i zwiększaniu aktywności antyoksydacyjnej w tej roślinie, charakteryzujący się tym, że rośliny żyworódki poddawane są ozonowaniu w atmosferze gazowego ozonu o stężeniu 10 ppm przez 1 — 5 minut a następnie pozostawione są na okres 24 - 48 celem przeprowadzenia procesów metabolicznych.The subject of the application is a method of modifying the biological properties of viviparous plants, in particular reducing the mechanical strength of viviparous leaves while increasing the content of bioactive ingredients and increasing the antioxidant activity in this plant, characterized by the fact that viviparous plants are ozonated in an atmosphere of ozone gas with a concentration of 10 ppm for 1 - 5 minutes and then left for 24 - 48 hours to carry out metabolic processes.
