Abstract
Złącze do prefabrykowanych elementów zbiornika cylindrycznego, charakteryzuje się tym, że wewnątrz prefabrykowanego elementu (1), w miejscu bruzdy (3) w betonie, prostopadle do jego łączonego boku, osadzona jest rura (2) stalowa, która zakończona jest blachą (4) stalową. W dwóch rurach (2), łączonych ze sobą prefabrykowanych elementów (1), jest kotwa (5) stalowa w kształcie pręta, która na obu końcach ma gwint. Kotwa (5) ta, poprzez podkładkę (8) i nakrętkę (7), zamocowana jest do blach (4) stalowych rur (2). Sposób łączenia prefabrykowanych elementów (1) zbiornika cylindrycznego prowadzi się tak, że w prefabrykowanych elementach (1), prostopadle do łączonych boków prefabrykowanych elementów (1), umieszcza się rury (2) stalowe. Jeden z końców każdej rury (2), w miejscu bruzdy (3) w betonie, zamyka się blachą (4) stalową. Następnie dwa prefabrykowane elementy (1) składa się ze sobą i przez rury (2) przeprowadza się kotwę (5) stalową w kształcie pręta z ukształtowanymi na obu jej końcach gwintami. W miejscach bruzd (3) w betonie wprowadza się podkładkę (8) i nakrętkę (7), a następnie łączy się przez nie kotwę (5) z blachą (4) zamykającą rurę (2).Connector for prefabricated elements of a cylindrical tank, characterized by the fact that inside the prefabricated element (1), in the place of a groove (3) in the concrete, perpendicular to its joined side, a steel pipe (2) is embedded, which is ended with a steel sheet (4) . In two pipes (2), connected prefabricated elements (1), there is a steel anchor (5) in the shape of a rod, which has a thread at both ends. This anchor (5) is attached to the sheets (4) of the steel pipes (2) through the washer (8) and the nut (7). The method of connecting prefabricated elements (1) of a cylindrical tank is carried out in such a way that steel pipes (2) are placed in the prefabricated elements (1), perpendicular to the connected sides of the prefabricated elements (1). One of the ends of each pipe (2), at the groove (3) in the concrete, is closed with a steel sheet (4). Then, two prefabricated elements (1) are put together and a rod-shaped steel anchor (5) with threads shaped at both ends is inserted through the pipes (2). A washer (8) and a nut (7) are inserted into the grooves (3) in the concrete, and then the anchor (5) is connected through them to the sheet (4) closing the pipe (2).
