Abstract

Układ chłodzenia stojana maszyny elektrycznej wirującej z wirnikiem zewnętrznym lub wewnętrznym, w którym przestrzeń pomiędzy czołami uzwojenia, rdzeniem magnetycznym i elementem nośnym rdzenia magnetycznego jest zalana żywicą ciepłoprzewodzącą, charakteryzuje się tym, że przestrzeń zalana żywicą ciepłoprzewodzącą (7) pomiędzy elementem nośnym (3) rdzenia magnetycznego, rdzeniem magnetycznym (2), czołami uzwojenia (1), od strony czół uzwojenia (1) jest dodatkowo ograniczona radiatorem kątowym (5), który stanowi część elementu wsporczego (4) oraz radiatorem kątowym (6), który stanowi część elementu nośnego (3). W elemencie wsporczym (4) znajdują się kanały przepływu cieczy układu chłodzenia (8). Element nośny (3) oraz element wsporczy (4) przylegają do siebie tak, aby element nośny (3) stanowił zamknięcie kanałów układu chłodzenia (7). Czoła uzwojenia (1) są styczne do tarczy radiatora kątowego (5) i radiatora kątowego poprzez żywicę (4) oraz są styczne do elementu nośnego (3) poprzez żywicę (4). W radiatorze kątowym znajdują się otwory (9), przez które są wyprowadzone przewody zasilające silnik (10). W radiatorze kątowym (5) znajdują się otwory, służące do wlewu żywicy (7).
