Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób bioochrony bulw ziemniaka sadzeniaka przed rozwojem fitopatogenów bakteryjnych i grzybowych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że, ziemniaki traktuje się zawiesiną komórek bakterii fermentacji mlekowej o gęstości 10<sup>8</sup> - 10<sup>9</sup> jtk/ml w postaci kąpieli przez zanurzenie ziemniaków w czasie 5 - 10 minut, gdzie proces namnażania komórek bakterii prowadzi się w temp. 28 - 37°C przez 12 - 32 godz. po zaszczepieniu serwatki czystą kulturą bakterii fermentacji mlekowej w ilości inokulum 5 - 10% v/v, które inkubowano przez 28 - 37°C przez 12 - 30 godz., przy czym stosuje się kwaśną serwatkę pochodzącą z produkcji przemysłowej suplementowaną 4 - 8 g/l ekstraktem drożdżowym, 7 - 14 g/l peptonem, 1 - 2 g/l cytrynianem amonu, 1 - 2 g/l fosforanem dipotasu, 2,5 - 5 g/l octanem sodu, 0,1 - 0,2 g/l siarczanem magnezu x 7 H<sub>2</sub>O i 0,025 - 0,05 g/l siarczanem magnezu x 4 H<sub>2</sub>O.The subject of the application is a method of bioprotection of seed potato tubers against the development of bacterial and fungal phytopathogens, which is characterized by the fact that the potatoes are treated with a suspension of lactic acid bacteria cells with a density of 10<sup>8</sup> - 10<sup>9</sup > cfu/ml in the form of a bath by immersing potatoes for 5 - 10 minutes, where the bacterial cell multiplication process is carried out at a temperature of 28 - 37°C for 12 - 32 hours. after inoculating the whey with a pure culture of lactic acid bacteria in an inoculum amount of 5 - 10% v/v, which was incubated at 28 - 37°C for 12 - 30 hours, using acidic whey from industrial production supplemented with 4 - 8 g/ l yeast extract, 7 - 14 g/l peptone, 1 - 2 g/l ammonium citrate, 1 - 2 g/l dipotassium phosphate, 2.5 - 5 g/l sodium acetate, 0.1 - 0.2 g/ l magnesium sulfate x 7 H<sub>2</sub>O and 0.025 - 0.05 g/l magnesium sulfate x 4 H<sub>2</sub>O.
