Panel dachowy wykonany z blachy zaopatrzony jest w rąbek nakrywany (3) w kształcie odwróconej litery L usytuowany wzdłuż panelu równolegle do listwy montażowej (2) oraz rąbek nakrywający (4) w kształcie odwróconej litery L usytuowany wzdłuż przeciwległej krawędzi panelu, którego ściana wierzchnia zaopatrzona jest zawinięcie wzdłużne o równoległych do siebie ścianach górnej i dolnej, oddalonych od siebie nie mniej niż na trzy grubości blachy, przy czym ściana wierzchnia rąbka nakrywającego (4) jest dłuższa od ściany wierzchniej rąbka nakrywanego (3).
