Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ sterowania procesem krzepnięcia w odlewach wielkogabarytowych zawierający ochładzalniki umieszczone wewnątrz formy (1) odlewniczej charakteryzujący się tym, że składa się z dowolnej liczby aktywnych segmentów (2) chłodzących utworzonych z co najmniej dwóch płyt (3) stalowych o kształcie dopasowanym do odlewu i znanej pojemności cieplnej, połączonych trwale z wężownicą (4) rurową, której króćce wlotowe (13) i wylotowe wyprowadzone są na zewnątrz (1) formy odlewniczej, przy czym króciec wlotowy (2) połączony jest przewodem (5) elastycznym o odpowiednim przekroju z modułem (6) zasilania sprężonym powietrzem, wyposażonym w kolektor (7) zasilający podłączony do sieci pneumatycznej, proporcjonalny regulator (8) przepływu powietrza oraz strumienicę (9), która połączona jest z proporcjonalnym regulatorem (10) przepływu wody, podłączonym do sieci wodnej, natomiast króciec wylotowy (2) zaopatrzony jest w czujnik temperatury medium chłodzącego, a proporcjonalny regulator (8) przepływu powietrza, proporcjonalny regulator (10) przepływu wody oraz czujnik temperatury medium chłodzącego połączone są z konsolą automatycznego sterowania procesem krzepnięcia. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób sterowania procesem krzepnięcia w odlewach wielkogabarytowych.The subject of the application is a control system for the solidification process in large-size castings, containing chills placed inside the casting mold (1), characterized in that it consists of any number of active cooling segments (2) made of at least two steel plates (3) with a shape adapted to the casting and known heat capacity, permanently connected to a pipe coil (4), whose inlet stubs (13) and outlet stubs are led outside (1) of the casting mould, the inlet stub pipe (2) is connected with a flexible conduit (5) of appropriate cross-section compressed air supply module (6), equipped with a supply manifold (7) connected to the pneumatic network, a proportional air flow regulator (8) and a ejector (9), which is connected to a proportional water flow regulator (10) connected to the water network, while the outlet connector (2) is equipped with a cooling medium temperature sensor, and the proportional air flow regulator (8), the proportional water flow regulator (10) and the cooling medium temperature sensor are connected to the console for automatic control of the solidification process. The subject of the application is also a method of controlling the solidification process in large-size castings.
