Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ urządzeń do przeprowadzania hydrolizy osadu, zawierający co najmniej jeden reaktor osadu z doprowadzeniem i wyprowadzeniem osadu, który charakteryzuje się tym, że co najmniej jeden reaktor (1), (1") zawiera/ją jedną lub więcej dodatkową/e, wydzieloną/e przestrzeń/e (2) zawierającą/e doprowadzenie/a i wyprowadzenie/a jednego lub więcej medium/ów grzewczego/ych lub chłodzących, a komora osadu ściekowego reaktora (1) jest zamknięta i szczelna w zakresie ciśnienia 1 - 20 atm. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób przeprowadzania procesu hydrolizy osadu realizowany w powyższym układzie, gdzie osad podgrzewa się w co najmniej jednym reaktorze (1), (1"), który to sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że proces obejmuje następujące etapy. a) do komory co najmniej jednego reaktora (1), (1") wprowadza się osad (9), b) do jednej lub więcej dodatkowej/ych przestrzeni (2) doprowadza się gorące medium, c) następnie osad (9) znajdujący się w komorze co najmniej jednego reaktora (1), (1") podgrzewa przy pomocy medium przeprowadzonego przez dodatkową wydzieloną przestrzeń (2) w opcjonalnej obecności NaOH do temperatury w zakresie od 40°C do 200°C, przez okres co najmniej 20 minut, d) następnie zhydrolizowany osad wyprowadza się z co najmniej jednego reaktora (1), (1") w celu dalszej obróbki.The subject of the application is a system of devices for carrying out sludge hydrolysis, including at least one sludge reactor with sludge inlet and outlet, which is characterized in that at least one reactor (1), (1") contains one or more additional, separated space(s) (2) containing the inlet and outlet(s) of one or more heating or cooling medium(s), and the sewage sludge chamber of the reactor (1) is closed and tight in the pressure range of 1 - 20 atm. The application also covers a method for carrying out the sludge hydrolysis process carried out in the above system, where the sludge is heated in at least one reactor (1), (1"), which method is characterized in that the process includes the following stages. a) sludge (9) is introduced into the chamber of at least one reactor (1), (1"), b) hot medium is introduced into one or more additional spaces (2), c) then sludge (9) located in the chamber of at least one reactor (1), (1") heats using a medium passed through an additional separated space (2) in the optional presence of NaOH to a temperature ranging from 40°C to 200°C, for a period of at least 20 minutes, d) the hydrolyzed sludge is then discharged from at least one reactor (1), (1") for further treatment.
