Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wznoszenia prefabrykowanego obiektu budowlanego polegający na tym, że: w pierwszym etapie preparatem polimerowym gruntuje się płaszczyznę prefabrykowanej płyty ściennej (7) przeznaczoną do wykonania połączenia i mocuje się na niej podkładki dystansowe oraz taśmy ograniczające; w drugim etapie na powierzchni stycznej dolnej wyznacza się przebieg ścian (3, 4), który następnie gruntuje się preparatem polimerowym, po czym na zagruntowanej powierzchni mocuje się podkładki dystansowe oraz taśmy ograniczające; w trzecim etapie na powierzchni stycznej dolnej, na szerokości stawianej płyty ściennej (1), aplikuje się preparat polimerowy do wysokości ograniczonej przez taśmy ograniczające i podkładki dystansowe; w czwartym etapie na powierzchni stycznej dolnej stawia się płytę prefabrykowaną ścienną (7); w piątym etapie czynności z pkt a) do d) powtarza się aplikując preparat polimerowy również na powierzchnie styczne pionowe płyty prefabrykowanej ściennej (7), aż do złożenia wszystkich ścian (3, 4) pierwszego poziomu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również obiekt budowlany wzniesiony tym sposobem.The subject of the application is a method of constructing a prefabricated building structure in which: in the first stage, the plane of the prefabricated wall panel (7) intended for connection is primed with a polymer preparation and spacer washers and limiting tapes are attached to it; in the second stage, the course of the walls (3, 4) is marked on the lower contact surface, which is then primed with a polymer preparation, and then spacer washers and limiting tapes are attached to the primed surface; in the third stage, a polymer preparation is applied on the lower contact surface, along the width of the wall board (1), to the height limited by limiting tapes and spacers; in the fourth stage, a prefabricated wall panel (7) is placed on the lower tangential surface; in the fifth stage, the activities from points a) to d) are repeated by applying the polymer preparation also to the vertical contact surfaces of the prefabricated wall panel (7), until all walls (3, 4) of the first level are assembled. The subject of the notification is also a building constructed in this way.
