Abstract

Orteza stawu kolanowego zawierająca ramę uda (1) oraz ramę podudzia (2) połączone policentrycznym zawiasem (3), przy czym rama uda (1) oraz rama podudzia (2) posiadają rdzeń (7) dopasowany do kształtu nogi pacjenta, wykonany w znany sposób, w szczególności techniką druku 3D w oparciu o uzyskany wcześniej obraz 3D nogi pacjenta, charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada element wzmacniający (6) wykonany z włókien technicznych (5) ułożonych na powierzchni płaskiego rozwinięcia rdzenia ramy uda (1) i/lub ramy podudzia (2), przy czym, włókna techniczne (5) rozmieszczone są wzdłużnie względem osi symetrii rdzenia ramy uda (1) oraz ramy podudzia (2), a jednocześnie prostopadle względem sił oddziaływujących na ortezę podczas jej użytkowania.
