Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy nowych systemów fotoinicjujących do procesów fotoinicjowanej polimeryzacji kationowej, rodnikowej, tiol-en i hybrydowej, zawierających co najmniej jedną sól oniową wybraną z grupy obejmującej: a) sole oniowe, w tym: sole jodoniowe wybrane spośród heksafluorofosforanu difenylojodoniowego, heksafluoroantymonianu difenylojodoniowego, heksafluorofosforanu 4-metylo-4'-izopropylodifenylojodoniowego, heksafluorofosforanu 4,4'-dimetylodifenylojodoniowego, tetrakis pentafluorofenyloboranu 4-metylo-4'-izopropylodifenylojodoniowego, bis(4-dodecylfenylo)jodoniowego, heksafluoroantymonianu bis(4-dodecylfenylo)jodoniowego, heksafluorofosforanu bis(4-tert-butylofenylo)jodoniowego, heksafluoroantymonianu bis(4-tert-butylofenylo)jodoniowego; sole sulfoniowe wybrane spośród heksafluorofosforanu trifenylosulfoniowego i heksafluoroantymonianu trifenylosulfoniowego oraz b) co najmniej jeden fotosensybilizator, które to systemy charakteryzują się tym, że jako fotosensybilizator zawierają związek wybrany z grupy pochodnych 2,1,3-benzotiadiazolu o wzorze ogólnym (1), w którym podstawnik R przyłączony jest w pozycji 4 lub 5 cząsteczki 2,1,3-benzotiadiazolu i oznacza grupę fenylową, grupę 4-cyjanofenylową, grupę 4-metoksyfenylową, grupę 4-tiometylofenylową, grupę 4-difenyloaminofenylową, grupę 3-karbazol-9-ylfenylową, grupę 9-fenylokarbazol-3-ylową, to jest związek wybrany z grupy obejmującej: 4-(4-tiometylofenylo)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 4-(4-cyjanofenylo)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 4-(3-karbazol-9-ylfenyl)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 4-(9-fenylkarbazol-3-yl)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 5-fenylo-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 5-(4-metoksyfenylo)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 5-(4-tiometylofenylo)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 5-(4-cyjanofenylo)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 5-(3-karbazol-9-ylfenyl)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 5-(9-fenylokarbazol-3-yl)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 5-(4-difenyloaminofenylo)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 4-fenylo-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 4-(4-metoksyfenylo)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, 4-(4-difenyloaminofenylo)-2,1,3-benzotiadiazol, przy czym stosunek molowy fotosensybilizatora do soli oniowej zawarty jest w granicach od 2 do 0,001. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także zastosowań pochodnych 2,1,3-benzotiadiazolu o wzorze ogólnym (1), sposobu wytwarzania pochodnych 2,1,3-benzotiadiazolu o wzorze ogólnym (1) oraz nowych pochodnych 2,1,3-benzotiadiazolu.
