Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania folii mikroporowatej, który polega na tym, że do układu uplastyczniającego wytłaczarki jednoślimakowej posiadającego trzy strefy grzejne zasypuje się mieszaninę polietylenu małej gęstości w ilości od 86% do 96% wagowych, środka porującego w postaci mikrosfer polimerowych w formie granulatu w ilości od 1% do 5% wagowych oraz środka antybakteryjnego w formie granulatu w ilości od 3% do 9% wagowych, przy czym środek porujący składa się z 65% wagowych n-pentanu i 35% wagowych kopolimeru etylen/octan winylu, zaś środek antybakteryjny składa się z 0,5% wagowych nanosrebra oraz 99,5% wagowych polietylenu małej gęstości, po czym nagrzewa się mieszaninę w strefie pierwszej do temperatury 150°C, w strefie drugiej do temperatury 165°C, w strefie trzeciej do temperatury 170°C. Następnie przez głowicę wytłaczarską posiadającą dwie strefy grzejne o temperaturze w strefie pierwszej 170°C i strefie drugiej 160°C wytłacza się folię mikroporowatą z szybkością obrotową ślimaka wynoszącą 170 obr./min. Jednocześnie do wnętrza głowicy wytłaczarskiej wprowadza się powietrze o temperaturze 17°C i ciśnieniu 0,04 MPa i jednocześnie rozdmuchuje się i chłodzi się wytłaczaną folię mikroporowatą, po czym przeprowadza się folię mikroporowatą przez układ odbierający obrotowo - nawrotny. Następnie nawija się folię mikroporowatą na wałek o średnicy 72,5 mm z szybkością nawijania 17 m/s.
