Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest klosz lampy sygnalizatora kolejowego, przeznaczony do stosowania w lampach, w których światło wytwarza co najmniej kilkanaście diod LED, utworzony z okrągłego korpusu, który zbudowany jest z kołnierza montażowego (1), którym otoczona jest okrągła, płaska, środkowa część korpusu (3), na której wewnętrznej stronie uformowane są soczewki (4), z których jedna umiejscowiona jest centralnie, a pozostałe wkoło niej rozmieszczone są w dwóch współcentrycznych kręgach. Klosz charakteryzuje się tym, że kołnierz montażowy (1) w okrągłą płaską, środkową część korpusu (3) przechodzi poprzez łukowo wypukłą powierzchnię, przy czym po stronie wewnętrznej korpusu powierzchnia ścianki (6), poprzez którą kołnierz montażowy (1) przechodzi w środkową część korpusu (3) na całym obwodzie ma strukturę rozpraszającą światło; każda z soczewek (4) utworzona jest z umiejscowionej w jej środku kopuły (4a) w kształcie stożka o zaokrąglonym wierzchołku oraz schodkowo otaczających kopułę (4a) współcentrycznych pierścieni (4b) o trójkątnym przekroju; na czołowej powierzchni środkowej części korpusu (3), przed każdą soczewką (4), współosiowo utworzone są w postaci wypustów współcentryczne kręgi, które przed każdą przynależną im soczewką (4) ulokowane są w obszarze jej pierścieni (4b); a poza tym w kołnierzu montażowym (1), po jego stronie wewnętrznej, utworzone są gniazda pozycjonujące dla poziomej i pionowej regulacji osadzanej w nich płytki z diodami LED.The subject of the application is a railway signal lamp shade, intended for use in lamps in which the light is produced by at least a dozen or so LED diodes, made of a round body, which is composed of a mounting flange (1), which is surrounded by a round, flat, central part of the body ( 3), on the inner side of which lenses (4) are formed, one of which is located centrally, and the others around it are arranged in two concentric circles. The lampshade is characterized by the fact that the mounting flange (1) extends into the round, flat, central part of the body (3) through an arc-convex surface, and on the inside of the body there is a wall surface (6) through which the mounting flange (1) extends into the central part. the body (3) has a light-scattering structure around its entire circumference; each lens (4) is made of a dome (4a) located in its center in the shape of a cone with a rounded top and concentric rings (4b) with a triangular cross-section that surround the dome (4a) in a staggered manner; on the front surface of the central part of the body (3), in front of each lens (4), coaxial circles are formed in the form of projections, which in front of each associated lens (4) are located in the area of its rings (4b); and, in addition, in the mounting flange (1), on its inner side, positioning sockets are formed for horizontal and vertical adjustment of the LED board mounted therein.
