Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kotwa gruntowa i sposób jej użycia. Kotwa gruntowa składająca z zewnętrznego elementu rurowego zakończonego z jednej strony elementem szpiczastym i umieszczonego w nim przesuwnego elementu wewnętrznego charakteryzuje się tym, że przesuwny wewnętrzny element rurowy ma kształt rury o średnicy równej lub nieco mniejszej od średnicy wewnętrznej zewnętrznego elementu rurowego (1), przy czym zewnętrzny element rurowy (1) jest dłuższy od przesuwnego wewnętrznego elementu rurowego i ma na pobocznicy walcowej okienka w formie wycięć w kształcie zbliżonym do prostokąta, rozmieszczone na co najmniej jednym poziomie, zaś przesuwny wewnętrzny element rurowy zakończony jest sprężystymi prostokątnymi językami (8), których końce wypadają naprzeciwko okienek zewnętrznego elementu rurowego (1) w kształcie zbliżonym do prostokąta z ostrymi zbieżnymi zakończeniami w widoku na pobocznicę, podczas gdy sprężyste języki (8) mają pierwsze wygięcie o dużym promieniu w kierunku na zewnętrz, zaś drugie wygięcie o małym promieniu w stosunku do promienia pierwszego wygięcia i w tym samym kierunku obejmuje ostre zbieżne zakończenie, przy czym języki (8) każdego wyższego poziomu wychodzą z wycięcia kształtowego, którego krawędź odsunięta jest od zewnętrznych krawędzi języka (8) o szerokość cięcia, zaś w pobliżu ostrego zbieżnego zakończenia języka (8) ma kształt wycinka okręgu koła, ponadto długość języka (8) jest wielokrotnością wysokości okna.
