Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest 13 — warstwowa folia pre-stretch, mająca zastosowanie do pakowania towarów i ich zabezpieczenie w trakcie transportu i składowania, składająca się z przywierającej warstwy zewnętrznej, drugiej warstwy zewnętrznej nieprzywierającej oraz usytuowanego pomiędzy warstwami zewnętrznymi rdzenia, do wykonania której zastosowany został polietylen liniowy niskiej gęstości i bardzo niskiej gęstości. Folia charakteryzuje się tym, że ma 13 warstw w układzie: A-D-B-C-B-C-F-C-B-C-B-E-G, gdzie nieprzylegająca warstwa A warstwa A stanowi 0,05 — 0,15 części wagowych, łącznie 4 warstwy B stanowią 0,20 - 0,30 części wagowych, łącznie 4 warstwy C — 0,20 — 0,30 części wagowych, warstwy D, E, F i G po 0,05 — 0 15 części wagowych folii, przy czym warstwa A wykonana jest z C4-LLD-PE z w ilości 0,990 — 0,998 części wagowych i 0,002 — 0,010 części wagowych dodatku procesowego na bazie fluoropolimerów oraz polietylenu niskiej gęstości, warstwy B oraz warstwy C i warstwa F — z C6-LLD-PE, warstwa D i warstwa E — z C4-LLD-PE, a przylegająca warstwa G — z C4-LLD-PE w ilości 0,500 – 0,630 części wagowych, plastomeru poliolefinowego w ilości 0 — 0,450 części wagowych, VLD-PE — polietylenu bardzo niskiej gęstości — w ilości 0 – 0,400 części wagowych oraz 0,002 — 0,010 części wagowych dodatku procesowego na bazie fluoropolimerów oraz polietylenu niskiej gęstości.
