Abstract
Zhigienizowane odpady gastronomiczne trzeciej kategorii zawierające białko zwierzęce dodaje się do pozostałych składników mieszanki kompostowej po upływie co najmniej 24 godzin od momentu rozpoczęcia procesu higienizacji, polegającego na dodaniu do rozdrobnionych odpadów gastronomicznych trzeciej kategorii zawierających białko zwierzęce tlenku wapnia do momentu osiągnięcia odczynu pH wodnego roztworu odpadów gastronomicznych trzeciej kategorii zawierających białko zwierzęce wartości powyżej 12 po upływnie 1 godziny i przez kolejną godzinę i wartości powyżej 11,5 po upływnie kolejnych 22 godzin, przy czym jako wodny roztwór stosuje się ekstrakt wodny, który otrzymuje się poprzez zalanie 10 g zhigienizowanych odpadów gastronomicznych trzeciej kategorii zawierających białko zwierzęce wodą do objętości 200 ml.The subject of the application is a method for producing a soil improver based on third category catering waste containing animal protein, according to the application, consisting in aerobic composting in a pile of the compost mixture, which is carried out until the temperature of the compost mixture drops to 20°C or the ambient temperature, periodically stirring the compost mixture. , is characterized by the use of a compost mixture containing sewage sludge with a content of 14% to 18% by weight of dry matter and in an amount from 45% to 65% by weight of the total weight of the pile, hygienized catering waste of the third category containing animal protein with a content of 16% up to 20% by weight of dry matter and in an amount from 12% to 40% by weight of the total mass of the pile, structure-forming material containing bio-waste with a content of 66 - 75% by weight of dry matter and in an amount from 10% to 26.5% by weight of the total mass of the pile. Hygienized third category catering waste containing animal protein is added to the remaining ingredients of the compost mixture after at least 24 hours from the start of the hygienization process, which consists in adding calcium oxide to shredded third category catering waste containing animal protein until the pH of the aqueous solution of catering waste is reached. third category containing animal protein, values above 12 after 1 hour and for the next hour and values above 11.5 after another 22 hours, with an aqueous extract used as an aqueous solution, which is obtained by pouring 10 g of hygienized third category catering waste containing animal protein with water to a volume of 200 ml.
