Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania włókniny bioaktywnej, w którym do roztworów dodaje się kwercetynę i oddziałuje polem elektrostatycznym. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że przygotowuje się pierwszy roztwór w skład którego wchodzą dwa rozpuszczalniki organiczne o pH 5-7 w proporcji 70:30 do których dodaje się biodegradowalny i biozgodny polimer, po czym całość miesza się podgrzewając roztwór w temp. 80 - 100°C i utrzymując go w zadanej temperaturze w czasie 2h godzin, następnie schładza do temperatury pokojowej 22°C w czasie 30 minut, przy czym w trakcie schładzania przygotowuje się drugi roztwór będący mieszaniną dwóch rozpuszczalników organicznych o pH 5-7 w proporcji 70:30, do którego dodaje się kwercetynę w ilości 6 - 9% w stosunku do polimeru i pozostawia do rozpuszczenia w czasie 30 min, po czym obydwa roztwory miesza się, następnie poddaje działaniu polem elektrostatycznym w zakresie 0,8 — 1,05 kV/1 cm otrzymując włókna, które się następnie suszy.
