Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest konstrukcja wsporcza paneli fotowoltaicznych zawierająca wsporniki, belkę nośną, dwa słupy. Konstrukcja charakterystyczna jest tym, że są co najmniej dwa wsporniki (1) nie dłuższe niż ściana boczna (2) panelu fotowoltaicznego (3), zamocowane poprzecznie i w zasadniczo centralnym punkcie na belce nośnej (10) rozciągającej się na szerokości konstrukcji nośnej (12) i podpartej dwoma słupami (13) osadzonymi w gruncie. Wspornik (1) jest cienkościennym kształtownikiem o profilu otwartym i zawiera co najmniej jedną ścianę podporową (4) oraz zasadniczo prostopadłą do niej ścianę oporową (5), a panel fotowoltaiczny (3) leży na ścianach podporowych (4) dwóch wsporników (1), pomiędzy ich ścianami oporowymi (5), zaś ściana podporowa (4) nie wystaje poza szerokość ramy (7) panelu fotowoltaicznego (3).
