Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest element zabezpieczający do dokumentów identyfikacyjnych w szczególności dokumentów tożsamości, zawierający twarde podłoże podatne na znakowanie laserowe, obejmujący: pierwszą cechę zabezpieczającą elementu zabezpieczającego naniesioną metodą znakowania laserowego na twarde podłoże; drugą cechę zabezpieczającą elementu zabezpieczającego naniesioną metodą znakowania laserowego na twarde podłoże, przy czym pierwsza cecha zabezpieczająca stanowi indywidualizujące dokument identyfikacyjny, niosące informację zabezpieczenie tekstowe, a druga cecha zabezpieczająca stanowi indywidualizujące dokument identyfikacyjny, niosące informację zabezpieczenie w postaci obrazu, w którym pierwsza cecha zabezpieczająca obejmuje układ wielu takich samych obrazów stanowiących drugą cechę zabezpieczającą, korzystnie obrazów na poziomie mikrostruktury, gdzie każdy z obrazów odpowiada pojedynczemu punktowi tworzącemu wraz z pozostałymi punktami układu postrzegalne globalnie, niosące informację zabezpieczenie tekstowe i gdzie co najmniej pierwsza cecha zabezpieczająca jest postrzegalna nieuzbrojonym okiem. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również dokument zawierający taki element zabezpieczający.
