Abstract
Przetwornik pomiarowy do badania materiałów przewodzących metodą prądów wirowych, wyposażony we wspornik (1), do którego przymocowany jest liniowy aktuator (2), do którego przymocowany jest pierwszy koniec magnesu trwałego (4) wprawianego przez liniowy aktuator (2) w ruch posuwisto-zwrotny. Element pomiarowy połączony jest ze wzmacniaczem (5), który połączony jest z przetwornikiem analogowo-cyfrowym (6), który połączony jest z układem sterującym (7), połączonym z kontrolerem (8), który połączony jest z liniowym aktuatorem (2). Do drugiego końca magnesu trwałego (4) przymocowany jest element pomiarowy w postaci cewki pomiarowej (4).Measuring transducer for testing conductive materials using the eddy current method, equipped with a bracket (1) to which a linear actuator (2) is attached, to which the first end of a permanent magnet (4) set in reciprocating motion by the linear actuator (2) is attached . The measuring element is connected to an amplifier (5), which is connected to an analog-to-digital converter (6), which is connected to a control system (7), which is connected to a controller (8), which is connected to a linear actuator (2). A measuring element in the form of a measuring coil (4) is attached to the other end of the permanent magnet (4).
