Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biodegradowalna termoplastyczna kompozycja polimerowa stanowiąca mieszaninę zawierającą w przeliczeniu na masę całkowitą kompozycji od 42,7% mas. do 70,2% mas. skrobi natywnej, od 19,0% mas. do 32,5% mas. plastyfikatora, od 0,1% mas. do 20,0% mas. protein, od 0,1% mas. do 10,0% mas. naturalnych substancji żelujących wybranych z grupy obejmującej pektyny, sól sodową kwasu alginowego, od 0,1% mas. do 5,0% mas. fizycznego modyfikatora jonowego w postaci nośnika kationów metalu co najmniej dwuwartościowego, od 0,1% mas. do 12,0% mas. substancji hydrofobizujących pochodzenia naturalnego, od 0,1% mas. do 20,0% mas. naturalnych wypełniaczy wzmacniających od 0,1% mas. do 2,5% mas. tetraboranu sodu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także kompozycja z dodatkiem polihydroksyalkanianów oraz sposoby wytwarzania tych kompozycji. Kompozycje znajdują zastosowanie do wyrobu produktów mających kontakt z żywnością.
