Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest konstrukcja maszyny z magnesami trwałymi umożliwiająca montaż i demontaż wirnika oraz sposób wymiany wirnika maszyny z magnesami trwałymi, pozwalające uniknąć przyklejenie się wirnika z magnesami trwałymi do rdzenia stojana, mające zastosowanie zwłaszcza w konstrukcjach generatorów elektrowni wiatrowych. Konstrukcja maszyny z magnesami trwałymi umożliwiająca montaż i demontaż wirnika, zaopatrzona w obudowę (2), w której zamocowane są osadzony na wale (6) wewnątrz stojana (1) wirnik (3), na którym to zamocowane są neodymowe magnesy (8) oraz obsadzone na rzeczonym wale (6) łożyska toczne (7), przy czym obudowę zamykają łożyskowe tarcze (4, 5), charakteryzuje się tym, że od strony czopa przeciwnapędowego wału (6) zamontowany jest na czas demontażu lub montażu wirnika (3) przedłużający wałek (9) o średnicy co najwyżej równej średnicy wału (6), ponadto na rdzeniu stojana (1) od strony czopa napędowego znajduje się prowadzący pierścień (11) o średnicy zewnętrznej równej średnicy zewnętrznej stojana (2) i średnicy wewnętrznej większej od średnicy zewnętrznej wirnika, korzystnie o co najmniej 0,02 mm.The subject of the application is the design of a machine with permanent magnets enabling the assembly and disassembly of the rotor and a method of replacing the rotor of a machine with permanent magnets, allowing to avoid sticking of the rotor with permanent magnets to the stator core, applicable especially in the structures of wind power generators. The structure of the machine with permanent magnets enabling the assembly and disassembly of the rotor, equipped with a housing (2) in which the rotor (3) is mounted on the shaft (6) inside the stator (1), on which neodymium magnets (8) are mounted and mounted rolling bearings (7) on said shaft (6), the housing being closed by bearing discs (4, 5), characterized by the fact that an extension shaft is mounted on the side of the counter-drive shaft (6) for the time of disassembly or assembly of the rotor (3). (9) with a diameter at most equal to the diameter of the shaft (6), moreover, on the stator core (1) on the side of the drive pin there is a guide ring (11) with an external diameter equal to the external diameter of the stator (2) and an internal diameter larger than the external diameter of the rotor , preferably by at least 0.02 mm.
