Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowy peptyd penetrujący o wzorze chemicznym C<sub>80</sub>H<sub>140</sub>N<sub>20</sub>O<sub>17</sub>S<sub>2</sub> i o sekwencji LKCKKLIPLFSKTCP, który jest zabezpieczony amidem na końcu C. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także zastosowanie tego nowego peptydu penetrującego jako nośnika leków cytotoksycznych, insuliny, izotopów stosowanych w leczeniu chorób nowotworowych lub nośników środków obrazujących.The subject of the application is a new penetrating peptide with the chemical formula C<sub>80</sub>H<sub>140</sub>N<sub>20</sub>O<sub>17</sub>S<sub>2 </sub> and with the sequence LKCKKLIPLFSKTCP, which is protected with an amide at the C-terminus. The application also covers the use of this new penetrating peptide as a carrier of cytotoxic drugs, insulin, isotopes used in the treatment of cancer diseases or carriers of imaging agents.
