Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wycinarka laserowa do cięcia ciągłego blachy, zwłaszcza rozwijanej z kręgów albo podawanej automatycznie w arkuszach oraz sposób cięcia i segregacji odpadów i detali w wycinarce laserowej. Wycinarka zawiera poruszające się liniowo w kierunku osi X transportery załadunku i wewnętrzny (5) z obrotowymi elementami nośnymi z usytuowaną między nimi szczeliną, zespół głowicy z układem sterowania, który porusza się nad blachą (1) w obszarze szczeliny (C) dynamicznie w osiach X, Y, Z, według zadanego oprogramowania. Co najmniej po jednej stronie korpusu zamontowany jest suwliwie co najmniej jeden chwytak boczny (3), a transporter wewnętrzny (5) jest połączony rozłącznie z transporterem rozładunku (10), stanowiącym odrębny moduł połączony bezpośrednio z transporterem wewnętrznym (5) i poruszający się liniowo w obie strony, wzdłuż kierunku X dzięki napędowi liniowemu transportera wewnętrznego. W przestrzeni roboczej pod transporterami załadunku i wewnętrznym (5) znajduje się zespół odciągu (7), przy czym wycinarka zawiera co najmniej jeden moduł odbioru posegregowanych detali i/lub odpadów, stanowiące miejsca zrzutu tych detali i/lub odpadów z elementów nośnych transporterów liniowych wycinarki pracujących wzdłuż osi X. Wszystkie etapy i operacje zachodzące w maszynie zautomatyzowane i sterowane zewnętrznym oprogramowaniem, takie jak przemieszczanie blachy, cięcie laserem, ruch transportera załadunku i obrót, ruch transportera wewnętrznego i obrót, odseparowanie detali, odseparowanie szkieletu, odseparowanie odpadu, zachodzą w tym samym czasie, bez konieczności zatrzymywania pracy maszyny.
