Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest narzędzie do nagniatania profilu o przekroju kwadratowym które charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z klina (1) z centralnym przelotowym otworem wzdłużnym. Powierzchnia górna i powierzchnia dolna klina (1) są pochylone symetrycznie. Na powierzchni górnej klina (1) znajduje się górny element mocujący (2a) z pochyloną powierzchnią dolną. W powierzchni górnej górnego elementu mocującego (2a) znajduje się przelotowe wybranie (3a), w którym osadzona jest matryca górna (4) z wybraniem sferycznym. Natomiast powierzchnia dolna klina (1) znajduje się na pochylonej powierzchni górnej dolnego elementu mocującego (2b), w którego powierzchni dolnej znajduje się przelotowe wybranie (3b), w którym osadzona jest matryca dolna (5) z wybraniem sferycznym. W centralnym przelotowym otworze wzdłużnym klina (1) umieszczona jest śruba (6), która zamocowana jest w centralnym gwintowanym otworze znajdującym się w płytce (7). Powierzchnia boczna płytki (7) przylega do czołowych powierzchni górnego elementu mocującego i dolnego elementu mocującego (4).The subject of the application is a tool for burnishing a square profile, which is characterized in that it consists of a wedge (1) with a central longitudinal hole. The upper surface and the lower surface of the wedge (1) are inclined symmetrically. On the upper surface of the wedge (1) there is an upper fastening element (2a) with an inclined lower surface. In the upper surface of the upper fastening element (2a) there is a through recess (3a) in which the upper die (4) with a spherical recess is embedded. The lower surface of the wedge (1) is located on the inclined upper surface of the lower fastening element (2b), in the lower surface of which there is a through recess (3b) in which the lower die (5) with a spherical recess is embedded. A screw (6) is placed in the central longitudinal hole of the wedge (1), which is fixed in the central threaded hole in the plate (7). The side surface of the plate (7) is adjacent to the faces of the upper fastener and the lower fastener (4).
