The dispersion element (2) is located substantially coaxially with respect to the axis of the cooled medium inlet (1). It has the shape of a body of revolution, the apex of which is directed towards the inlet of the cooled medium (1), and the radius of the cross-section of this body changes at its height, and at its apex is equal to zero.
