Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania poliakrylanowo-silikonowego kleju samoprzylepnego, według zgłoszenia, uzyskanego na bazie monomerów (met)akrylanowych i pochodnych krzemu, na drodze fotopolimeryzacji, który charakteryzuje się tym, że bezrozpuszczalnikowej fototelomeryzacji wolnorodnikowej poddaje się mieszaninę złożoną z 92 ÷ 98,7% wagowych monomerów akrylanowych zawierających od jednego do dziewięciu atomów węgla w łańcuchu alkilowym, 1 ÷ 7% wagowych monomerów metakrylanowych zawierających do czterech atomów węgla w łańcuchu alkilowym, 0,3 ÷ 1% wagowych nienasyconego kopolimeryzującego fotoinicjatora na bazie benzofenonu, przy czym mieszanina stanowi 100% wagowych, oraz 3 ÷ 15 części wagowych telogenu i 0,05 ÷ 1 części wagowe fotoinicjatora rodnikowego, oba na 100 części wagowych mieszaniny. Jako telogen stosuje się pochodne krzemu zawierające przynajmniej jedno ugrupowanie Si-H. Proces fototelomeryzacji mieszaniny zdolnej do samosieciowania prowadzi się z wykorzystaniem naświetlania średniociśnieniową lampą rtęciową emitujące promieniowanie UV-A o długości fali 320 - 380 nm, następnie syrop powleka się na nośnik i naświetla się z użyciem średniociśnieniowej lampy rtęciowej UV-A UV-B, UV-C o długości fali 230 - 380 nm uzyskując filmy klejowe o gramaturze 15 - 120 g/m<sup>2</sup>.The subject of the application is a method of producing polyacrylate-silicone self-adhesive glue, according to the application, obtained on the basis of (meth)acrylate monomers and silicon derivatives, by photopolymerization, which is characterized by the fact that a mixture of 92 ÷ 98.7% is subjected to solvent-free free radical phototelomerization by weight of acrylate monomers containing from one to nine carbon atoms in the alkyl chain, 1 ÷ 7% by weight of methacrylate monomers containing up to four carbon atoms in the alkyl chain, 0.3 ÷ 1% by weight of unsaturated copolymerizable photoinitiator based on benzophenone, the mixture being 100% by weight, and 3 ÷ 15 parts by weight of telogen and 0.05 ÷ 1 part by weight of the radical photoinitiator, both per 100 parts by weight of the mixture. Silicon derivatives containing at least one Si-H group are used as telogen. The process of phototelomerization of a mixture capable of self-crosslinking is carried out using exposure to a medium-pressure mercury lamp emitting UV-A radiation with a wavelength of 320 - 380 nm, then the syrup is coated onto a carrier and exposed to exposure using a medium-pressure mercury lamp UV-A, UV-B, UV- C with a wavelength of 230 - 380 nm, obtaining adhesive films with a grammage of 15 - 120 g/m<sup>2</sup>.
