Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania nawozu fosforowego na bazie struwitu charakteryzujący się tym, że surowiec fosforowy stanowiący mieszaninę fosforytu w ilości od 70% do 99,5% i struwitu w ilości od 0,5% do 30% poddaje się homogenizacji i podgrzewaniu do temperatury 70 - 90°C, następnie przy ciągłym mieszaniu z prędkością 200 - 400 obr./min i utrzymując temperaturę dodaje się 80 - 95% stechiometrycznej ilości kwasu mineralnego wybranego z grupy: kwas siarkowy(VI) lub kwas fosforowy(V), mieszanie kontynuuje się przez 5 - 30 minut, po czym mieszaninę pozostawia się do dojrzewania w temperaturze otoczenia na 1 dzień, otrzymując zestalony produkt w postaci nawozu fosforowego o stężeniu od 16% do 47% mas. P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>.
