Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest burger warzywny do obróbki termicznej przez konsumenta zawierający warzywa, teksturaty roślinne, wytłoki roślinne, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera -białka konopi siewnej w ilości od 2 do 4%, -grzyby Soplówki jeżowatej (Hericium erinaceus) w ilości od 0,5 do 5% w formie suszonej lub świeżej, -grzyby Maczużnika bojowego (Cordyceps militaris) w ilości od 0,5 do 2% w formie suszonej lub świeżej w odniesieniu do masy surowych burgerów roślinnych.
