Abstract
Układ cyrkulacji strumieni masowych w instalacji do recyklingu baterii, zawiera magazyn ciepły (1) oraz magazyn zimny (2) baterii. Rozdrabnia się baterie w pierwszym etapie w temperaturze poniżej -45°C w urządzeniu tnącym (3), gdzie strumień masowy pociętych baterii oraz granul suchego lodu (10) podlega wstępnemu rozdrobnieniu. Strumień masowy pociętych baterii w mieszaninie z granulami suchego lodu oraz częściowo wysublimowanym dwutlenkiem węgla kieruje się do młyna impaktowego (4), gdzie końcowo rozdrabnia się mieszaninę pociętych baterii i granul suchego lodu do granulacji ziaren od 0,5 mm do 2,0 mm w atmosferze gazowego dwutlenku węgla o temperaturze poniżej —40°C. Następnie w separatorze pneumatycznym (5) oddziela się ze strumienia masowego polimery lekkie oraz papier, zaś strumień masowy pozostałych cząstek prowadzi się na sita (6). Odsiew z sit (6) oddzielony na tacy odsiewu (7) podaje się do dalszych operacji rozdziału w atmosferze dwutlenku węgla CO<sub>2</sub> o temperaturze poniżej —35°C. Po odseparowaniu strumieni masowych wymienionych materiałów pozostały proszek anodowy i proszek katodowy odbiera się do pojemnika magazynowego, gdzie w strumieniu przepływającego dwutlenku węgla CO<sub>2</sub> utrzymuje się nadal temperaturę poniżej —40°C. Nadmiar wysublimowanego dwutlenku węgla CO<sub>2</sub> z procesów separacji strumieni masowych produktów recyklingu odprowadza się do magazynu ciepłego (1), z którego baterie po wstępnym ochłodzeniu przekazuje się do magazynu zimnego (2).
