Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wielowarstwowe rusztowanie zawierające w swojej budowie dwuwarstwowe komponenty, które składają się z pierwszej warstwy będącej włóknistą warstwą hydrożelową i drugiej warstwy będącej elektroprzędzoną kompozytową włókniną z syntetycznych polimerów oraz jego zastosowanie w inżynierii tkankowej do naprawy, przywrócenia funkcji oraz regeneracji uszkodzonej tkanki natywnej oraz do kontrolowanego miejscowego podawania substancji bioaktywnych.
