Abstract

Mlekarko-blenderka do wytwarzania mleczka roślinnego, zwłaszcza dla gospodarstw domowych, składa się z trzech segmentów, połączonych w sposób trwały rozłączny, przy czym dolny segment stanowi baza (4) z silnikiem napędowym (4a), a górny segment to pojemnik (5) z pokrywką (5c) i elementem blendującym (5a) w postaci obrotowych noży (5b), napędzany silnikiem (4a) bazy (4). Pomiędzy górnym, a dolnym segmentem znajduje się segment środkowy, napędzany silnikiem (4a) bazy (4) i baza (4) posiada element sprzęgający (4b), zaopatrzony w nacięcia odpowiadające nacięciom w obrotowym elemencie blendującym (5a) pojemnika (5). Element blendujący (5a) sprzężony jest z wałem napędowym silnika (4a) bazy (4), natomiast pojemnik (5) posiada pokrywkę (5c) i co najmniej jeden otwór zamykany w dnie, pod którym znajduje się przesuwna podkładka (5e) z co najmniej jednym otworem. Podkładka posiada wypust wystający poza obrys pojemnika (5), a baza (4) zaopatrzona jest w co najmniej jeden przycisk włącznikowy (4c), przy czym segment środkowy zbudowany jest z walcowej komory (6a) z otworem odpływowym oraz lejkiem odpływowym (6d) na jej obwodzie. W walcowej komorze (6a) znajduje się obrotowy perforowany bęben (6c), a przez centralną część bębna (6c) przechodzi wał napędowy silnika (4a) bazy (4).The milk blender for producing plant milk, especially for households, consists of three segments, permanently connected, the lower segment is the base (4) with the drive motor (4a), and the upper segment is the container (5) with lid (5c) and blending element (5a) in the form of rotating knives (5b), driven by the motor (4a) of the base (4). Between the upper and lower segments there is a middle segment, driven by the motor (4a) of the base (4) and the base (4) has a coupling element (4b), provided with notches corresponding to the notches in the rotary blending element (5a) of the container (5). The blending element (5a) is coupled to the drive shaft of the motor (4a) of the base (4), while the container (5) has a lid (5c) and at least one closing hole in the bottom, under which there is a sliding washer (5e) with at least one hole. The washer has a protrusion protruding beyond the outline of the container (5), and the base (4) is equipped with at least one switch button (4c), and the middle segment is composed of a cylindrical chamber (6a) with a drainage hole and a drainage funnel (6d) on the its circumference. There is a rotating perforated drum (6c) in the cylindrical chamber (6a), and the drive shaft of the motor (4a) of the base (4) passes through the central part of the drum (6c).
