Gazo¬ mierz ten w porównaniu ze znanymi konstruk¬ cjami posiada zalete szczególnie prostej vi przej¬ rzystej budowy, przy czym wykorzystane zo¬ staly w szerokim zakresie newe materialy kon¬ strukcyjne. Wynalazek stwarza wysokowartos- ciowy przyrzad o duzej trwalosci i niezawod¬ nym dzialaniu. Powyzej przegrody znajduja sie równiez znane skrzynki suwako¬ we 5 z suwakami miuszlowymi albo rozrzadczy- mi 6. The invention concerns a gas meter with a slide control with two diaphragms and four limited measuring chambers. This gas meter has the advantage of a particularly simple and clear structure compared to known constructions, with a wide range of new construction materials being used. The invention provides a high-quality device with a long service life and reliable operation. As a measuring principle in a gas meter according to the invention, a long known principle has been used, according to which two diaphragms are used in appropriate measuring chambers and two sliders adjustable by means of cranks The gas meter according to the invention, like the known gas meters, has a horizontally divided housing, made of materials that can be poured, injected or fractured, and consisting of a lower part, upper part and grody. In the figure lig. 1 shows a slide-controlled gas meter with a horizontally divided housing in a vertical section, and FIG. 2 shows the control system in top view. The gas-tight housing of the gas meter consists of a lower part 2, an upper part 2 and a partition 3. Parts these are made of a cast, injectable or pressable material. Shaping the housing part from die-cast or plastic material, experience has shown, has not always been of the greatest benefit. For this reason, according to the invention, all parts of the housing for sealing!;:., Are so shaped that they have the same wall thickness as possible and, moreover, they can be made in simple forms, consisting only of an upper mold and a mold bottom, without any retractable parts, drains or inserts. The housing parts are combined into one housing in such a way that the partition 3 rests loosely on the supports 4 of the lower housing part 1. The upper part 2 of the casing has a tubular part 8, constituting an outlet connection, and the baffle 3 has a tubular cap 7. When the upper part of the casing is slid over the lower part of the casing with the baffle, the tubular protrusion of the baffle slides into the upper cylindrical part. part of the casing and between the lower part 1 and the upper part 2 are excavated so that together with the edge of the partition 3 it forms a triangular annular channel 18 into which a circular gasket of a soft material is inserted approximately. The lower part 1 and the upper part 2 are connected to each other by means of vertical bolts as shown in the picture. By tightening the bolts, between the upper and lower chambers and the partition, good tightness of both parts of the housing is obtained. All parts necessary for the operation of the gas meter are placed on the partition 3. The assembly of the working parts can be easily carried out and does not require any work in the gas meter housing. The measuring device mounted on the partition is mounted to the housing only after complete assembly and testing. Under the partition there are measurement chambers with diaphragms known and not shown in the drawing. Above the septum there are also known slide boxes 5 with sliding or distributor sliders 6. Two diaphragm rollers 11 protruding from the measuring chambers move back and forth in a known manner during the gas flow. Two levers 12 are mounted on these two battles, which can be adjusted after loosening the bolts 15, with one lever setting the extreme points of the diaphragm through the joints 14 of the intermediate lever 11 and the vertically mounted crankshaft 9, the other lever moves the timing slide 6 through the pin 13. Due to the fact that each lever 12 is separately adjustable on the diaphragm shaft 11, an adjustment is achieved between the movement of the diaphragms and the sliders. On each diaphragm roller 11 there are two levers 12, one of which influences the position of the diaphragm with respect to the crank, and the other - the alignment of the timing slide 6 with respect to the diaphragm. In this way, other types of adjustment become redundant in the given solution, e.g. adjustment of the length of the intermediate levers 17 or the length of the levers 12. The crankshaft 0 is positioned vertically so as to relieve the horizontal bearing as much as possible. the measurement accuracy of the entire gas meter depends to a great extent, the bearings are made of an oiled sintered material. Another advantage of vertically positioning the crankshaft 9 compared to the commonly used horizontal arrangement is that any movement of the adjusting devices is it is lying in one plane. This avoids the ball or flap joints, which are often the cause of errors and malfunctions in the operation of the gas meters. PL
