Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest smoczek dla niemowląt wpływający na prawidłowy rozwój twarzoczaszki i formowanie się narządu zgryzu. Smoczek dla niemowląt zawierający uchwyt, tarczę i doustny silikonowy smoczek charakteryzuje się tym, że w górnej (2) części doustnej (1) ukształtowana jest lekko wypukle i ta część jest wykonana z grubszego wzmocnionego silikonu, a natomiast dolna (3) część od strony języka jest wklęsła i wykonana z cieńszego silikonu.
