Abstract

Urządzenie do automatycznego i precyzyjnego osadzania słupów zbudowane jest z gąsienicowego nośnika (1), z którym jest połączona wieża kafarowa (2) oraz transporter słupów (3). W gąsienicowym nośniku (1) zainstalowany jest system automatycznego sterowania urządzeniem oraz system precyzyjnego tyczenia miejsca osadzania słupów. Z gąsienicowym nośnikiem (1) jest połączony mechanizm unoszenia i opuszczania wieży kafarowej. Po jednej stronie wieży znajduje się przesuwnie połączona z wieżą obrotnica, zaś do przeciwległej strony wieży przesuwnie zamocowany jest zespół bijaka z mechanizmem łańcuchowym, młotem udarowym i skrzynką prowadzącą. Ramię z żerdzią, sterowaną siłownikiem hydraulicznym odchylania żerdzi jest zamocowane wychylnie w stosunku do osi podłużnej wieży. U dołu wieży zamocowane jest wychylnie w stosunku do osi podłużnej wieży ramię pozycjonowania słupa, a powyżej zamocowany jest zespół chwytaków przytrzymujących słup. Z gąsienicowym nośnikiem (1) połączony jest także transporter słupów (3).The device for automatic and precise installation of poles is composed of a tracked carrier (1) to which a pile driver tower (2) and a pole transporter (3) are connected. The tracked carrier (1) is equipped with an automatic device control system and a system for precisely marking out the location of the poles. The mechanism for raising and lowering the pile driver tower is connected to the tracked carrier (1). On one side of the tower there is a turntable slidably connected to the tower, and on the opposite side of the tower there is a beater assembly with a chain mechanism, an impact hammer and a guide box. The arm with the pole, controlled by a hydraulic actuator for tilting the pole, is mounted pivotally in relation to the longitudinal axis of the tower. At the bottom of the tower, a pole positioning arm is mounted pivotally in relation to the longitudinal axis of the tower, and a set of grippers holding the pole is mounted above it. The pole transporter (3) is also connected to the tracked carrier (1).
