Abstract

The subject of the application is a method of granulation of the mortar generated from the recycling of concrete or geopolymer rubble in the abrasion chamber, which consists in using a temperature of about 650°C to harden the geopolymer aggregate produced in a low-pressure granulator, where the coating of the abrasion chamber has holes in the shape of a truncated cone with a smaller diameter of the cone base than 2 mm and the inclination of the cone is not more than 75°, which will allow for quick emptying of the abrasion chamber from the recycling mortar at a temperature of 650°C. The truncated cone-shaped openings prevent the fine grains of the recycling mortar from getting stuck. The subject of the application is also an abrasion chamber.
