Abstract
The subject of the application is the membrane system shown in the drawing, which prevents adhesion to local, directed cell growth, and the method of producing this system, which consists in introducing a polyelectrolyte solution directly onto the support, including amines of the second or third order, especially methylamine and ethylamine, preferably containing 100% methyl or ethyl groups, with an oxygenating agent incorporated together with metallic nanoparticles and optionally a fibroblast growth factor dissolved in physiological saline, and a polyelectrolyte solution, selected from the group including hydrogels, especially polysaccharides, preferably alginates, dissolved in physiological saline, is introduced into the structure of the membrane thus created.
