Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest matryca do procesu produkcji redukcji rurowych, posiadająca cylindryczny korpus z wykonanym centralnie otworem przelotowym, w którym suwliwie osadzony jest wypychacz, matryca (9) ma wykonane promieniowo otwory olejowe (8), przez które wtłaczany jest środek smarujący, zaś na górnym kołnierzu matrycy (9) zamocowany jest pierścień olejowy (5), który ma wykonany otwór olejowy zasilający (26) zakończony rowkiem olejowym (6), wykonanym obwodowo na wewnętrznej stronie pierścienia olejowego (5), ponadto matryca (9) wyposażona i połączona jest z prostopadłościennym akumulatorem oleju (22), który zainstalowany jest na stole prasy, połączonym z korpusem iniektora (18) za pośrednictwem króćca z wykonanym przelotowo kanałem łączącym (23) iniektor (18) z akumulatorem oleju (22), w którym to króćcu zainstalowany jest kulowy elektrozawór (17). W korpusie iniektora (18) osadzony jest suwliwie nurnik (14) zakończony pierścieniowym prowadzeniem z wykonanymi obwodowo oknami przepływowymi (20), przez które przepływa olej, przy czym nurnik (14) ma zamocowany u góry zderzak (13), który połączony jest poprzez nurnik (14) ze śrubą (19), która kolejno połączona jest ze sprężyną (24) zamocowaną wewnątrz iniektora (18), przytwierdzoną do magnesu (25) zamocowanego na dnie korpusu iniektora (18).The subject of the application is a die for the production of pipe reductions, having a cylindrical body with a centrally made through hole in which an ejector is slidably mounted, the die (9) has radial oil holes (8) through which the lubricant is pressed, and on the upper flange an oil ring (5) is attached to the matrix (9), which has an oil supply hole (26) ended with an oil groove (6) made circumferentially on the inside of the oil ring (5), moreover, the matrix (9) is equipped with and connected to a cuboid oil accumulator (22), which is installed on the press table, connected to the body of the injector (18) through a stub pipe with a passageway connecting (23) the injector (18) with the oil accumulator (22), in which a ball solenoid valve is installed (17). In the injector body (18) a plunger (14) is slidably mounted, ending in an annular guide with circumferential flow windows (20) through which oil flows, the plunger (14) has a bumper (13) attached at the top, which is connected by a plunger (14) with a screw (19) which is successively connected to a spring (24) fixed inside the injector (18), attached to a magnet (25) fixed at the bottom of the injector body (18).
