Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest matryca do procesu produkcji redukcji rurowych, posiadająca cylindryczny korpus z wykonanym centralnie otworem przelotowym, w którym suwliwie osadzony jest wypychacz, matryca (9) ma wykonane promieniowo otwory olejowe (8), przez które wtłaczany jest środek smarujący, zaś na górnym kołnierzu matrycy (9) zamocowany jest pierścień olejowy (5), który ma wykonany otwór olejowy zasilający (26) zakończony rowkiem olejowym (6), wykonanym obwodowo na wewnętrznej stronie pierścienia olejowego (5), ponadto matryca (9) wyposażona i połączona jest z prostopadłościennym akumulatorem oleju (22), który zainstalowany jest na stole prasy, połączonym z korpusem iniektora (18) za pośrednictwem króćca z wykonanym przelotowo kanałem łączącym (23) iniektor (18) z akumulatorem oleju (22), w którym to króćcu zainstalowany jest kulowy elektrozawór (17). In the injector body (18) a plunger (14) is slidably mounted, ending in an annular guide with circumferential flow windows (20) through which oil flows, the plunger (14) has a bumper (13) attached at the top, which is connected by a plunger (14) with a screw (19) which is successively connected to a spring (24) fixed inside the injector (18), attached to a magnet (25) fixed at the bottom of the injector body (18).
