Abstract

Sposób przeprowadzania procesu obróbki cieplnej osadu realizowany w układzie zawierającym co najmniej jeden reaktor (1, 1', 1"), osadu (9), co najmniej jeden wymiennik ciepła (2, 2'), do podgrzewania osadu (9), wydzieloną komorę fermentacji beztlenowej WKF (15), układ pozyskiwania biogazu (3) z WKF (15) oraz silnik kogeneracyjny (4) zasilany biogazem (3) zawierający układ chłodzenia cieczą charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje następujące etapy: a) do komory co najmniej jednego reaktora (1, 1', 1") wprowadza się osad (9), b) do jednego lub wielu wymienników ciepła (2, 2', 2") doprowadza się ciepło technologiczne w postaci gorącego płynnego lub gazowego medium, c) następnie osad (9) znajdujący się w komorze co najmniej jednego reaktora (1. 1', 1") podgrzewa przy pomocy medium przeprowadzonego przez jeden lub wiele wymienników ciepła (2, 2', 2") do temperatury w zakresie 40°C do 200°C, przez okres co najmniej 20 minut, d) następnie zhydrolizowany osad (11) lub schłodzony zhydrolizowany osad wyprowadza się z co najmniej jednego reaktora (1, 1', 1") i doprowadza się do wydzielonej komory fermentacyjnej WKF (15) i prowadzi się proces fermentacji, f) z wydzielonej komory fermentacyjnej WKF (15) pozyskuje się biogaz (3) i kieruje się do spalania w kogeneracyjnym silniku (4) w celu wytworzenia energii elektrycznej (12) i ciepła technologicznego. Układ do realizacji sposobu zawiera wymienione w sposobie urządzenia.
