Abstract

Kompozycja uszczelniająca przeznaczona do stosowania w pracach geoinżynieryjnych, składa się ze spoiwa, upłynniacza i wody zarobowej. Spoiwo zawiera od 20 do 80% masowych cementu portlandzkiego CEM I co najmniej klasy 42,5 R, od 5% do 75% masowych granulowanego żużla wielkopiecowego o płytkowym kształcie ziaren, rozdrobnionego w młynie pionowym do powierzchni właściwej co najmniej 4000 cm<sup>2</sup>/g oraz od 5% do 20% masowych popiołu krzemionkowego ze spalania węgla kamiennego w elektrowniach i elektrociepłowniach pozyskanego ze strefy II i III układu odpylania spalin, zawierającego powyżej 30% aktywnych chemicznie składników SiO<sub>2</sub> i Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. Korzystnie spoiwo zawiera od 5 do 75% masowych popiołu ze spalania węgla kamiennego lub brunatnego w kotłach fluidalnych. Kompozycja zawiera upłynniacz w postaci eteru polikarboksylanowego, w ilości od 0,01% do 3% masowych w stosunku do ilości spoiwa, a ilość wody zarobowej w kompozycji nie przekracza 60% masowych w stosunku do ilości spoiwa.
