Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest etykieta opakowaniowa w postaci arkusza z termokurczliwej folii polimerowej do mocowania na pojemniku opakowaniowym dolną stroną etykiety, która to etykieta ma wyświetlacz pikselowy zamocowany od dolnej strony, a pomiędzy wyświetlaczem pikselowym a dolną stroną etykiety znajduje się warstwa wzmacniająca, a górna strona etykiety pokryta jest zadrukiem graficznym charakteryzuje się tym, że warstwa wzmacniająca wykonana jest w postaci arkusza folii polimerowej o zaokrąglonych narożach której zewnętrza obwiednia ma kształt zasadniczo odpowiadający kształtowi zewnętrznej obwiedni wyświetlacza pikselowego przy czym obrys zewnętrzny warstwy wzmacniającej jest większy od obrysu zewnętrznego wyświetlacza pikselowego i tworzy margines zewnętrzny o szerokości nie mniejszej niż wartość promienia zaokrąglenia naroży warstwy wzmacniającej. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również sposób umieszczania etykiety opakowaniowej na pojemniku opakowaniowym oraz pojemnik opakowaniowy w postaci opakowania wykonanego ze szkła, tworzywa sztucznego lub kartonu, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma opisaną powyżej etykietę.
