Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest podajnik pary wodnej do reaktora do pirolizy, gdzie w korpusie reaktora znajduje się kolejno od góry strefa pirolizy, poniżej strefa oczyszczania gazu pirolitycznego oraz pod nią strefa karbonizatu. W korpusie reaktora (1) poniżej strefy oczyszczania gazu pirolitycznego (3) a w strefie karbonizatu (4) umieszczony jest podajnik pary wodnej złożony z kolumny (5) o pionowej budowie zakończonej na dole wyjściem rewizyjnym (6). Kolumna (5) na szczycie zakończona jest promieniście i poziomo dochodzącymi do niej rurami (9), z szeregiem otworów (10), na całej długości rur (9), skierowanymi do dołu. Poniżej rur (9) z otworami (10) znajdują się radiatory (8) a poniżej radiatorów (8) kolumna (5) połączona jest z rurką (7) doprowadzającą wodę do kolumny (5). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wprowadzania pary wodnej do reaktora do pirolizy polegający na dostarczeniu wody, jej odparowaniu, podgrzewaniu do wysokiej temperatury pary wodnej i jej wprowadzaniu do strefy reaktora, gdzie jest chłodzony karbonizat i syngaz zawierający dużą koncentrację tlenku węgla do zwiększenia koncentracji wodoru w reakcji WGSR.The subject of the application is a steam feeder for a pyrolysis reactor, where in the reactor body there is a pyrolysis zone from above, a pyrolysis gas purification zone below it and a char zone below it. Below the pipes (9) with holes (10) there are radiators (8) and below the radiators (8) the column (5) is connected to the pipe (7) supplying water to the column (5). The subject of the application is also a method of introducing water vapor into the pyrolysis reactor, consisting in supplying water, evaporating it, heating the water vapor to a high temperature and introducing it into the reactor zone, where the char and syngas containing a high concentration of carbon monoxide are cooled to increase the concentration of hydrogen in the reaction.
