Abstract

Sprężyna polimerowa charakteryzuje się tym, że metalowa tuleja wewnętrzna (1.1) trwale połączona jest z metalową tuleją zewnętrzną (1.2) warstwą wysokoelastycznego polimeru syntetycznego (1.3) a kształt i grubość warstwy polimeru syntetycznego (1.3) determinowana jest parametrami obciążeń wywoływanych między tuleją wewnętrzną (1.1) i tuleją zewnętrzną (1.2). Warstwa polimeru (1.3) jest wulkanizowana do tulei wewnętrznej (1.1) i tulei zewnętrznej (1.2) albo jest wklejana na tuleję wewnętrzną (1.1) i w tuleję zewnętrzną (1.2) albo jest wtryskowo łączona do tulei wewnętrznej (1.2) i tulei zewnętrznej (1.2). Korzystnie polimer (1.3) stanowią związki z grupy silikonów albo związki z grupy kauczuków.
